I order sides of heavy beef yes it is a big chunk of money but it works out to about half or less of what you would pay for the same amount of meat in a grocery store and it is cut fresh the day you order it Rib eye's t Bone's 3.00 a pound and its cut the way you want it packaged in freezer paper and clearly marked . They also have some of the best sausage you can buy in Houston i drive in form magnolia you need a special cut of meat call a head it will be ready when you get there. yes if you walk in you have to take a number but there are signs all over the case please take a number
