Had two no shows..one last spring when they told me they came and I was not home. Not true. Also said they tried to call. However, my caller ID did not register a call. Last fall I waited all day...another no show. I had company from the Midwest so our plans were thwarted. I was livid! The tech who came this past week suggested a new heating/air conditioning system. Of course, I know that is the purpose of a service contact...to sell something to me. Unlikely I would buy it from Solar as there are two very reputable dealers right up the road from me.
