This place is unbelievable and not in a good way. I was planning on taking my two sons to get a haircut at a real barbers shop as I did when I was a kid. My wife usually takes them and she goes to the salon. I called Nicks ahead of time to make sure I didnt need an appointment and get directions. This was about 4pm. I get there and people are inside but the door is locked. They are pretending they don't see me and the boys pulling on the door and standing there waiting afterwards. I had just called before showing up the least they could do was acknowledge us if they were not taking anymore customers. By the way the hours on the door said 5:30. Downright ignorant, my boys (8 and 10) were as baffled as I was. Save yourself the frustration.
