At first the salesman was friendly. He took my order and that was that. I was told it would take 2 to 3 weeks. They never contacted me to pick up my furniture so I eventually called them and it had not arrived. I waited and waited and finally just walked into the store to get my money back. The salesman refused to give me my money back and threatened me if I did not leave. He told me ""go home and wait"". I called back each week and when the furniture did arrive I was told to come pick it up. I asked if they would deliver for free for all the hassle I went through but they refused. When I picked it up they wouldn't help me and just pointed to the back room and told me which boxes my stuff were in.
