I could swear the steaks at Jim's used to be sliced fresh on a slicer and then grilled without chopping the meat much at all. Now it is so finely chopped it might as well be hamburger meat and I don't think it is sliced fresh for each order either.
I would say the steaks were average. They leave the back door open also with plastic strip hanging in the doorway. Wonder how many unwanted visitors of the non-human kind might find their way in that way?
I don't get the crowds waiting for a mediocre steak.
