We have a silver membership. Every six months we are contacted to set up appointment for a once over on our air conditioning system. Its nice to get the call because I do need reminders. Appointment was made, tech stephen arrived as scheduled and was very pleasant. A problem with the unit was discoverd and Stephen worked with us to get the trouble fixed. The problem was a manufacturer issue and required a return visit. Was scheduled the next day. He arrived on schedule and completed the job in less time then feared. I am very happy with the service received.
