Well, I'm a slow loser - I like to cheat my way through the program by doing the bare minimum - but nothing gets pass Holly (my most lovely nutritionist) and Dr. Rugh (who always give the necessary budge).
It hasn't been easy but I've 10+ lbs in 2 months, and gone from size 6 (153 lbs) to size 4 (140lbs). I'm hoping to lose another 10 lbs (130 lbs), so Holly, please do give me a big push ;)
The most valuable thing I've gained from this program is a sustainable lifestyle change - more lean, healthy protein and less sugar. I like the fact that they help me review my eating habit methodically to get a better handle of serious sugar cravings.
