I stopped into OConnell Motors to check out a couple of cars I had seen on line. I was a little put off at first because there was only one salesperson waiting on three customers. The cleanup kid showed me around and although he was very nice it was apparent that he wasn't too knowledgeable about the cars. After test riding some cars I was impressed that they were clean and they all ran well. Eventually the salesman Bill was able to talk to me and informed me about what repairs had been made on each car. Bill was entertaining if a bit quirky but quite sincere. I definitely felt he was trustworthy. I bought a RAV4 and it has been a great car so far. I brought it in to have the emergency brake adjusted, which OConnell did while I waited at no charge. I was impressed that they made room to fit me in even though I didn't have an appointment. Everyone I met at OConnells was nice and it's quite clear that they are very selective about the cars that they sell. I would give them two thumbs up!
