bedbugs,rodents,drug dealing,prostitution,suspicious fires,frequent visits by police,fire and parole,mail theft, cigarette stubs and beer cans, human waste,graffiti,no elevator,one kitchen sink for entire building,families w/chidren in single rooms,unregistered overnite guests,loud parties,lack of parking. I could go on and on. Avoid this filthy pesthole. it's disgraceful
