Our 12 year old golden was bleeding when we picked him up due to a cut on his head. A month later when i brought him back to get a cut I asked the lady to be more careful because he has a mole on his head.
I was not unfriendly or accusatory, I knew he had a mole and these things can happen but...
the lady started yelled at me, told me she was doing her job for 17 years and i should basically shut up. She said my dogs were bad and she doesn't want to see me and my dogs ever again. I received a phone call later that day and instead of apologizing she called to say very inappropriate things. My husband and I were shocked because we never saw that behind the friendly smile she always put on when we brought our 3 dogs there. I don't want to imagine how she is with dogs when she looses her temper for no reason with them. I am kind of glad I was able to see this because my dogs are safe now.
