What started out as a very pleasant experience ended in a horrible experience leaving us without the Highlander Tech Package Model and a lot of wasted time. No fault on the side of the sales person, but the manager, John, was horrible!! He basically tried to change the cost on us after paperwork was filled out, insurance was changed and updated, and credit was checked. We ended up walking away from the deal offered because he couldn't waive the $1,800 ""mistake"" they made. Still puzzled how they could not make good on the agreed upon deal!?!? Needless to say, we worked out a better deal with another Toyota dealership and drove off with a better model (Highlander Sport). more
