I would give them a minus 1000 if I could. Rancho Floorcovering Inc installed 3000sqft of hardwood that I purchased. After the job was completed we noticed that there were 100s of loose, hollow boards. 100's of shiny spots which ended being because they did not remove the glue residue immediately plus there are large gaps every where. I filed a claim through the CSLB & went to arbitration. I was awarded over $17000 in damages. I received his bond of $12,500 but he owes $4898 and says he is not going to pay the rest. Please DO NOT make the same mistake I did, hire someone else and make sure to get and talk to references!!
