They know they are one of the only games in town and take advantage of it. We ordered a glider and crib in May, promised by August. Our crib arrived mid-September, our glider in December and they completely forgot to deliver our conversion kit for our crib. We've had to track them down for EVERYTHING and they are terrible about returning phone calls and follow through. They have great furniture offerings but the trick is actually getting the items you selected to your house on a timely basis - our experience was very negative. They are very polite and get nothing done. I would not go back for baby #2. more
