My parents bought a dishwasher on 2/29 with a delivery on 3/2, as promised by salesperson (Mark Mayer)... Still not delivered (3/9)... After several conversations and hours on hold, delivery is promised on 3/10, but the store manager (Frank Mathews) could not offer any guarantees, was very rude, arrogant, indifferent, incompetent and ultimately hung up the phone... Do not shop at this store!!! These are not good honest people!!!
