This company did a terrible job cleaning our home. I won't even go into all of the details of areas that were untouched (the entire upstairs) or done poorly (floors not mopped or carpets vacuumed). Their website states they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and will remedy any problems within 48 hours, none of which is true. After politely describing the problems to the owner via email (no one answers the business phone), she has refused to fulfill the satisfaction guarantee saying ""unfortunately we are not going to please everyone"" (isn't pleasing everyone what a guarantee means?) and will no longer respond to communications trying to resolve the issue. The owner is rude and unprofessional. I will never use this service again and will tell anyone I can to avoid them.
