Extremely poor business to deal with! The bridal party, both ladies and gentlemen are disappointed with the lack of professionalism they received. Dresses not ordered as specified, tuxes very ill fitting. When the ushers (age 12 & 15) opened their tux bags the night before the wedding one of the tuxes had no pants or jacket.... how can you let someone pick up a tux and not make sure everything is there??? Morning of the wedding I have to pick up the ushers from Suamico, chase to Kaukauna, wait for a jacket to be tailored to fit, then get the boys to Seymour before noon. That cost me 1 1/2 hours of extra chasing, missing my appointments and about a 1/2 tank of gas. When I said there should be a refund I was told there would be a refund when the tuxes were returned. Father of the ushers takes the tuxes back and is told that a refund of $10 had been given to me - A COMPLETE LIE - and besides, $10 would have been an insult for all the additional chasing that had to be done. But the owner lied right to his face and refused to issue a refund - merely saying - well he had a tux for the wedding, didn't he??? There should have been a full refund and a very heartfelt apology for the mess they created. Do not patronage this poorly run establishment.
