I have purchased many items from Hobby Frown over the years since they are conveniently located from my business. My experience with the customer service most notably through the owners has been quite irritating, most often I have left their store amused wondering why a business owner(s) would possess such arrogance and disregard for the customer that supports them. I went in today with the intention of purchasing a product which was priced at several hundred dollars, after experiencing an arrogant ( I know everything but you nothing) attitude from the owner I left never to return again. Get a clue business owner, customer service is KING, not your EGO.
