I have 3 cats; each has their own set of health issues. The ""worst"" one is my 18 yo cat with asthma, high blood pressure, arthritis and who is now blind. Dr. Pfeiffer scratches her head -- as do the techs -- and talks softly to her. The lights are even turned down low and a little pad is put onto the table so Shadow is more comfortable. For a cat that gets pretty stressed when ""visiting"" the vet, she is the best she's ever been and doesn't ""scream"" too loud! The other two were pretty docile as they seem to know they're getting the best of care from staff that truly likes what they're doing! AND, they're always punctual!
