I had to ship my passport to the company I am applying for as I work overseas, and it never made it out of the store. After calling the main Fedex office the most they will refund me to replace my passport lost be them is $100. It costs almost $300 just to replace my passport. Not only am I being delayed to leave for work but I have to come out of pocket $200 to replace something THEY lost. Absolutly ridiculous!
