With a long-haired daughter, my drains periodically get clogged with long hair (what else would you expect). Rarely an emergency, but certainly not easy to use a clogged sink. We have called for immediate service in the past (last time was 3 years ago) -- never a problem and always good. This time, we set an appointment. They called to confirm and let us know the service man (Krys) was on his way. He arrived, checked drains (location, connections, etc.) and pulled out gobs of hair from the sink. Then, because he didn't like the sound of the bathtub drain, he went to work on that. Presto, unclogged freeflowing drains. Krys also checked the kitchen -- no problem there but he told us what to watch for. And he showed us the easy way to use the drain cleaner (so easy, we will actually do it from now on). End result = unclogged drains, easy method to keep drains unclogged, thorough job. Roto-Rooter is GOOD!
My only complaint is that prices keep going up -- I just wish we could go back to 2009 prices.
