Do not go to this place unless you?ve got a lot of time to spare. I scheduled an appointment for a routine oil change and alignment for a Friday. An hour before my appointment, they?d called to tell me they were too busy to fit me in, so I rescheduled to the following Monday for noon. When I got there, they told me again that they couldn?t fit me in even though I had an appointment. ?Things happen,? was their answer. After I complained about it, they said they would go ahead and fit me in and that it would be done by 2 since I had to teach a class at 2:30. I hung out at a nearby restaurant for 2 hours, went back, and discovered that they hadn?t even brought my car in. Their response again was, ?Things happen.? I took my car elsewhere. If these people can?t even keep their appointments straight, I don?t think I can trust them with my car.
