Took my car in for their most expensive wash today & when I got it back, there were several deep scratches on the wood grain center console. The manager refused to take responsibilty for the damage, saying "It is not our policy to repair or replace damage to your car unless we wreck it." !!! If you value your car, do NOT use this carwash. I certainly never will again.
