This is the first year that I used In Bin for my son's baseball team's jerseys and hat embroidery. I brought in the team's jerseys/hats several times over the course of three to four weeks, and the work was done well and completed quickly. The customer service in general was friendly, and I was planning on returning for years to come as my kids are just now starting team sports. However, the brunette worker (possibly the owner?) was always a little rude with her attitude during my interactions with her. On my last visit, the work was not done when I was told it would be, and instead of apologizing for the misunderstanding and offering some kind of assistance, the brunette worker was rude and as I left the store, she said "Screw you." Needless to say I will never use their business again. I'm sorry that the actions of this one person has ruined my experience with this business when everyone else working there was friendly and helpful.
