Worst customer service I have had in a long time. The "manager" was completely unable to do his job or represent Enterprise AT ALL. I have had better help at Burger King. Given that certain things are not mentioned when reserving a car online a customer would expect some help. Here you will get none. I suggest doing exactly as he told me.......go rent one at the airport. I guess they aren't a branch that cares about staying open.
