I attempted to get some equipment repaired and was greeted by very unprofessional employee or maybe the owner. Poor communication and not very bright when it comes to repairs, apparently. The employee kept referring to his "mechanic". I found that humorous (on the inside). He said his "mechanic" (wink, wink) was not willing to work on my equipment because it would take to much time. Haha, seriously, mechanic? Oh well, Grandville Schwinn is right down the street and I took it to them. They fixed it while I waited. Unbelievable. How could the Village Bike employee have been so inept? Oh well, that's my 2 cents.
