I am laying here in my bedroom listening to the sounds of BIG rodents, possibly possums, scratching and gnawing above my bed in the ceiling. Luckily I only have a few weeks left in this hell hole before I move!!!! This is by far the most run down and trashy apartment complex I have ever lived in. I am embarrassed to have friends over, yes it is that bad. The only thing that doesn't make me lose my head is the staff here. I can honestly say that Nicole and Carl are great people and have tried to help me but this place is a disgusting mess. In the past year I have had my vehicle broken into twice, my AC has gone out three times, when it does work my electricity bill is outrageous because of such crappy insulation, the ceiling in my bathroom is falling, the bathtub has a crack in it that has never been fixed, there is trash and dog crap all over the property, wild cats run freely and sleep on my vehicles, half of the security lights don't work around the property, my screen on the porch door was never put on, and..... (here is the reason I am moving out) ...... the neighbors down stairs smoke in their apartment and it smells like someone is smoking in my apartment. To make it worse, its not only cigarettes, its also marijuana!
