I spent a lot of time selecting a special arrangement for a family member. Two days later I was able to see the flowers for myself and it was NOTHING like the "deluxe Arrive in Style" I had actually ordered. I immediately contacted Raimondis and sent them photos of the sub-par arrangement. They agreed there was a problem and contacted the person who actually created the arrangement. Though they said they were sorry...they were unable to explain what had happened. I ended up paying a great deal of money for something that was VERY skimpy on flowers and not at all to the recipient's taste. Do not use this florist. Very sloppy execution.
