We rented two small cars online at a great price, and when we went in they said we could get one SUV at a lower price. I specifically told them we only wanted it if the total was lower than for the two cars we had reserved. As soon as we got the contract we saw that they charged us way more! We said we wanted to switch and they refused. They clearly don't care at all about their customers!
