This place is a scam. They charged more the 12 times the national allowed rate for a PFT (Pulmonary Function Test). A 1/2 hour PFT test cost me $1,928. An average cost for this test throughout the nation is $253 and the CPT customary rate is $158.44 I took my mother here to the emergency room for an afib. She was here less the 24 hours and her ER bill was more than $15,000. They even charged her an even $1,000 for her medication because the was the allowable rate to charge for medication by Medicare. Her afb was self regulated and all she received was an aspirin but the cost was $1,000. Some agency needs to review their charges. This is outrageous!
