Car-X in Castleton always provides friendly, honest service with a smile. When I take my car here, they ALWAYS provide high quality service, and they are honest about what needs to be repaired. I usually end up paying less than what I expect. When I talk to the mechanic, I feel like my little brother is telling me about my car - even though I don't know the guy. One time, I was in their waiting room when a lady came in thinking that she needed some really expensive work done. It turned out to be a simple problem, and they fixed it for free. She was ecstatic. They just smiled and told her that it was just a small thing. The more often I bring my car to Car-X, the more I feel like I never want to take it anywhere else.
