Shoes were dropped off with date of expectation of being ready in one week. Upon arrival to pick up shoes that were not at the store every excuse in the book was given with no real explanation. Shoes were needed for the date and would not have been dropped off if expectation was not assured. After 3 weeks with no calls that shoes were ready I had to go the store and ask if they ever came in. Manager was actually on duty and once again excuse after excuse with no "Im sorry or I appologize"...Yes I was given a 10% ($4.00) discount, which they could have kept and made me happy if once they were empathetic or at least said Im sorry. I have used three locations now and I may return to others but will not to this one.
