Terrible, terrible service. Took over 3 months to repair a single piece of neon. When I called to find out why it was taking so long for repair, would not return phone calls. Called 5 times before I could motivate them to return to site, then they left the job unfinished. When I informed them that I would be leaving negative feedback detailing the terrible service I received, the owner of the company called and said to make sure my company had "deep pockets." Really? So ridiculous. Stay away from this company if you want to deal with professional people!
