The woman who "helped" me was incredibly rude and acted like I was the most annoying customer she had ever met. I just asked about making a couple necklaces shorter and she made it seem like that was the most irrational request she had ever heard. She was impatient and curt with her questions. I tried to hang in there with her because I know every one has a bad day, but I just could not stomach that kind of treatment. I gabbed my things and said I would come back later because I was so frustrated, but I will most certainly find somewhere else to go from now on. Pros: null Cons: null more
