Rich from Handyman Matters Boston did some work on our stairs. He replaced the stairs, built a new railing which looks very nice, and put crown molding up.
Overall, we were happy with everything. Maybe we will have them come back to fix a couple things. The workmanship wasn't great, but it was fine. I don't know. I just want to leave it at satisfied, but I don't know if personally we would use them again. One thing I did like was that they're pretty good at getting back to you quickly and wanting to fix what was wrong.
