We built a new home and all new appliances. We had trouble with our ice maker in our new fridge and the heating element in the top oven of our double oven set. They are who we had to use due to a contract between them and Haynes Brothers, where we purchased our appliances. Although they do seem decent at fixing things, they all have extremely awful attitudes and are not prone to showing up at the scheduled time. The final straw was yesterday. My appt. was between 10:30-12:30. When the appt. was scheduled, I told them that I needed them gone at 12:30 because I needed to pick up my child at school. They said they would be there in plenty of time. I waiting here and finally got a call at 12:20 with them saying they weren't gonna make it.... Obviously! I have been stood up by them before as well and it is very frustrating. One of their workers is a large man with a very VERY dry personality. He almost acts autistic--- not able to read body language or carry on a normal conversation at all.He is very smart, but has no business dealing with the public. The owner is very defensive if you complain at all about them running late or not showing up at all. I just don't think they have any business sense or communication skills! more
