A part of my sink was missing, and I spoke with one representative (Rebecca) and two managers (Ashley and Drew) through a span of three weeks. In the end all they could tell me was that the product was sent out, and there is nothing else they could do-no replacement or refund. So I'm out of money and a product. BUYER BEWARE- I certainly won't buy anything from this company again. more
