Initially, it seems like the prices are right for boarding. That's before the idiot burnout behind the counter on Sundays starts tallying things up. No one else charges a full day for Sunday pickup. I was told that the grooming for my 2 dogs would cover the cost of 1 day of boarding. They neglected to tell me that you also had to pick them up that same day. They did the grooming on Saturday but I wasn't scheduled to pick my dogs up until Sunday. The burnout was going to charge me for 3 full days + grooming. I didn't ask for the grooming to be on Saturday. I asked that it be done before I picked them up. Then, when a price was finally agreed to, I got to hear the burnout's political rantings. (in the voice of Chong) "Your price is $xxx.xx + Obama's take." Seriously? That's how you talk to customers? I had to remind the dumbass that President Obama didn't set up the local and state sales tax. He then went on some stupid rant about debt, etc. In business, you don't talk about politics to your customers because you rarely know what side they fall on. It was about as unprofessional as can be. The cost seems good but you will get nickled and dimed. The actual grooming and boarding is fine. I have no complaints there. Other than the poor service by one idiot burnout and his rantings and the cost structure that they neglect to discuss when dropping off, the place is fine.
