Avoid the business like the plague. They do not stand behind their merchandise, but rather try to blame problems on their suppliers and refer you back to them. After writing a letter directly to Dr. Wagner, a office person responded by telling me to contact my insurance even though the problem was with replacement lenses scratching because they did not put the protetive coating on that I paid for. The supplier also cut the lenses poorly which kept popping out of the frames so I had to use my added insurance to have the problem fixed. They also billed me for a contact fitting I told them I did not want. The place it a big rip off, and it is frustrating that their customer service is so poor.
