I have had a bad back for 15 years and have been seeing Cynthia at Altered States for years. She is always able to help and in many cases completely head off what would otherwise turn into a major bout of sciatica and/or severe back pain. I appreciate her knowledge of how the body and muscles work and ability to explain it clearly, as well as her ability to do what actually works to get the muscles to relax.
