The first day i walked in to Dr. Joe and Kathy's place i was in agony. My back was out of alignment and my muscles sore and in spasm. I starting seeing Dr; joe for regular adjustments and Kathy for PT. Kathy is very knowledgeable in many modalities and she has used them to help me get out of pain, release emotional issues and has provided at home exercises to increase strength and stability. A few weeks later i am in no pain, i feel my back getting stronger, i feel calm and relaxed and will continue with PT with Kathy and Chiropractics w Dr Joe because they have helped me alot! i have also sent my father and sister here for therapy as well!
