When I took my new civic in for its first oil change, it took 1 1//2 hours. The waiting room was uncomfortable. There were no TVs or computers to use. The fruit looked sad and the coffee was very old. Besides that I had to pay $15 for tire rotation. Not a good experience.
I will go elsewhere next time. I do not recommend this service department!
