We had 7 ladies for our annual spa day Sat 3/5. Two of them wanted to add a facial with the mani/pedi instead of the hair wash/style. I called ahead and was told IT WOULD BE NO PROBLEM but it was necessary that we arrive by 12:45 for a 1:oo start of services, which we all did, yet OUR SERVICES DIDNT START UNTIL 2:00. Apparently No advance arrangements were made for us. When we arrived and said 2 of us were having facials they made it happen but only after soooo many sighs and much attitude from the fellow at the desk and the spa supervisor that it made us feel very embarrassed and very unwelcomed. In the end We were the last 3 people in the building, we didnt get to enjoy the food we brought, there was no time for the mani/pedi just polish change and I walked back into the spa only to walk in to hear (not assume I heard, but I heard) the supervisor talking to 3 Students about us. We understand that this is a school and the sudents are learning, with that being said the STUDENTS that performed our services were great. We really enjoyed THEIR company. The interaction between ourselves, the desk and the spa supv made us feel like we were being an inconvience to them. I am very disappointed in our experience. Unfortunatley this will be my last spa experience with you.
