I had been going to this practice since my son was born. He had recurring ear infections in his first year so we were there every two to three weeks for several months either getting him checked or with a new ear infection. I had to fight the doctors to order tubes, but I chalked it up to them wanting to wait and see instead of jumping into surgery. I took matters into my own hands though and went to Children's Hospital who said that tubes were needed and so we had the tubes placed. I continued to go to Centennial Valley Peds mostly out of convenience now that my son was better. Their weekend hours and late nights are about the only great thing they have going for them. So a couple of months ago I took my son in for his well check. I had been concerned about my son's speech because of the family history of speech issues on both sides. I had explained the concern about speech to the doctor and she proceeded to tell me that speech delays are an early sign of autism and that she believed
