Accommodations are nice, and the customer service is EXCEPTIONAL. \r

The morning of our departure, the water in the shower took awhile to warm up. A minor inconvience, and something I nonchalantly mentioned in a survey they had emailed to me after our stay. I really didn't think much of it, only to find that they had refunded me the portion of our stay due to the "inconvenience". \r

Wow. That's what I call exceptional customer service. \r
