I have been a customer of NRG for many years, I think the first time was just from the Yellow Pages, but ever since I have exclusively used them for all my air conditioning and heating needs. I find their technicians very knowledgeable, pleasant and polite. They are reliable and show up for all appointments promptly and on time. Their prices are very competitive, especially for the high quality of work they do. They are always available for any emergency that might occur. A few years ago I had them replace my water heater. Since then I have them do a checkup every year. Recently two technicians arrived for my annual checkup. One of them even did some minor adjustments on my kitchen faucet at no extra charge. He drained my water heater efficiently. The other technician spent over an hour with my gas heater. He changed some of the settings to make it run more efficiently.
