I was hopeful based on my first phone call to schedule a service appointment. Despite the four hour window I had to wait for their tech to arrive, he was 30 minutes late - no phone call. He showed up, parked in the driveway, and didn't fully introduce himself when he came in. It made me feel very uncomfortable but I proceeded - I had already wasted nearly 5 hrs of my life waiting for him to show up. He disappeared for about theirty minutes and when he reappeared, said the repair wouldnt be worth the cost, quickly moving on to give me an estimate for replacement (which I hadn't asked for!). To my dismay, as our unit was only 3 1/2 years old, I told him I would think about it and live without our furnace properly working until I could make an educated move. I called a few neighbors and coworkers who had recent repairs and who had purchased new equipment. Two of them had similar dismal reviews and one had even kicked a Parrish employee out of his house. I had another company out who fixed our furnace in under twenty minutes and told me our system should last another 15 years without major repairs needed (just regular maintenance as to be expected). Parrish provided poor work and tried to rip us off!
