We bought a house and then appliances from Gently used but did not move in right away. Once we moved in one of the $350 appliances stopped working proprerly. I called a repair man $60 but the repairs would have been several hundred dollars. I went in to complain on a Sat afternoon when they were busy. I also asked if they would be interested in buying my working oven. With customers all around they could not have been nicer, saying they would be interested in my oven and would make things right with the broken appliance. When I did not hear from them I called them the next week and on the phone with no customers to hear, the conversation was more like ""sucker"".I am out the $350 plus $60 plus delivery. DON'T USE!!!!
