I recently had an accident in my favorite toy, a luxury 2 door sport coupe, which I only drive in the summer. I was a bit pessimistic about getting work done on it after seeing some of the paint jobs of friends' cars and some I had seen from a recommended body shop of the dealership that services my car. However, I remembered how impressed I was of Auto Pride on my first car I had ever purchased while I was in college back in 1991. It was an ugly Grand Am but the damage on the one side of that car turned into the best looking side of the car after Auto Pride treated the car like I had paid more than $3,000 for it. \r
I took my current vehicle in to Auto Pride only to be impressed once again with the job they had done. Not only was I impressed with the work, but the service as well. On the Friday my car was to be picked up I would be out of town during the day and wouldn't return until that evening. I DID NOT want to leave my car over the weekend but figured I would have to wait until Monday. I explained my situation to the Assistant Manager. He provided me with his cell phone number and told me to call him when I made back into the area. I called him; he met me at the shop after hours. He went above and beyond what was expected and to top that off, my car looked even better than when I had dropped it off!!!! \r
Professionalism, courtesy, communication, and empathy are things you just do not see any more these days. I received all of those things from Auto Pride Collision. I recommend them and I will continue to use them for any auto body repairs for any of my family's and friends’ vehicles. \r
Thank you Giles and the rest of the Auto Pride team for the work you performed on my vehicle.\r
