At first, I trusted Mr. Tire to take care of a few of my automobile needs, such as tires and brakes. However, my past experience is sure to be my last.\r

I dropped my car off on a Sunday via tow because it wouldn't start. Mr. Tire had my car for 2 FULL days before even bothering to contact me. I called the office every day to check the status of a diagnostic. On the 3rd day, someone from their office contacted me stating that they still could not find the problem with my vehicle. Another day passes and I still hear nothing about the progress of my vehicle. This goes on for 6 days before someone calls me on Saturday to tell me my ignition cylinder is broken. \r

Now, when I took my car into the shop, I was able to turn my keys in the ignition just fine. However, when I popped up to see how everything was going on DAY 9, the mechanic tells me that he still couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. DAY 9!!!!
