I can't say enough great things about Joe Bucci. My husband bought my engagement ring from Joe 11 years ago, and it still takes my breath away every time I look at it! Not only is his work amazing, but you'll never meet a nicer guy. We still laugh that the first person we called after Dennis (my husband) proposed was Joe, because I was too emotional to speak to anyone I actually knew. He was so nice over the phone that he had me in tears anyway! Since then, we've not only purchased other pieces from him, but also sent many friends his way, from all different parts of the country, and each and every one was as happy doing business with Bucci as we have been. We just sent him my engagement ring to be repaired (from North Carolina) and it's back looking just as dazzling as it did the day we got engaged! Thanks Joe!
